Typically, at the time your building contract is signed, all selection categories (i.e. trim profiles, cabinet styles, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, flooring materials, appliance packages, etc.) have been set with predetermined allowances that Camden Homes has determined are commensurate to deliver you a home that we are proud to put the Camden name behind. This allowance system gives our clients the option to upgrade anything at any time when making their selections.

And if a client simply doesn’t have the time or interest in making all of the interior decisions, we’re happy to take the reigns and select a very handsome collection of interior details, finishes and fixtures to deliver a home that we are honored call a Camden home.
